Your purchase keys and Macs.
Each purchase covers two Macs used by you. Release an activation when replacing a Mac, then activate your replacement with the key. Releasing a slot does not remove files, uninstall DiskTree or remotely erase offline software.
After a confirmed purchase
After Paddle confirms payment, your licence key appears on the private checkout page and is sent by email. Contact support for help with an existing purchase.
A failed or delayed email does not cancel your purchase or create a new licence. Check the original checkout tab, use email recovery on this page, or contact support@disktree.app with your receipt. Do not send your full key or card details.
Enter your purchase key in the matching DiskTree app to unlock native in-app cleanup. Keep your key and receipt private.
Recover a lost key
Recovery uses a private link sent to your purchase email to verify access and return your existing key. It does not require a DiskTree password. Contact support if you cannot access recovery.
If payment confirmation is delayed, check your receipt and order before paying again. A failed or cancelled payment does not unlock cleanup. A refund or chargeback blocks new activations; contact support if a dispute was reversed so the purchase can be reconciled.
Move to a replacement Mac
Your allowance is two Macs used by the same purchaser, including personal and professional work. Use online purchase recovery or contact support to check replacement-Mac transfer availability.
Your purchased version does not expire. You can keep using it without buying a future major upgrade; v1.x updates are included. No Windows entitlement is included.
Download and update manually
The free download does not require a purchase or signup. When available, use it to scan, explore, view real details, reveal in Finder and review a selection. Use your key to unlock the in-app Trash action.
Future v1.x updates are manual downloads. Check compatibility and release notes before replacing the app.
